Returns

We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact page.

If your return is accepted, you will need to send the package back to us yourself. You may choose which postal service you use for this. Items that are returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. You will usually receive a response to your return request within 1 business day.

Damages and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item so we can evaluate the problem and make it correct.

Swap The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, place a new order with the correct item.

14 days cooling-off period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
