Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We ship all our packages via PostNL DHL UPS. Delivery times are as follows:

Free shipping within the Netherlands

Delivery time: 1-2 working days Cost: Free Note: Orders placed before 4pm are usually delivered the next day.

Free shipping within Belgium

Delivery time: 1-3 working days Cost: Free Free shipping within Germany Delivery time: 1-3 working days Cost: Free Standard shipping method within Europe Delivery time: 3-5 working days Cost: €13.95 Standard shipping method outside Europe

Within the Netherlands Within the European Union World pasture Processing time Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment. Postage costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless they are returns resulting from an error on our part (for example, if you receive an incorrect or defective item).

Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Address changes If you have made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maison-milano.com. We will do our best to change the address before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address.

Undelivered Packages If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple delivery attempts or failure to collect from a collection point, and is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss further instructions. Any additional shipping costs to resend the package are the responsibility of the customer.
